BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
FOR THE ROYAL NATIONAL LIFEBOAT INSTITUTION
This project was created for my final-year Innovation Enterprise and Business Development module at Bournemouth University. The brief simulated a real-world tender from the RNLI to design Safe Seaside Adventures, an educational mobile app for children aged 8 to 12. I acted as Managing Director of a fictional studio, producing a full proposal including concept development, UI mock-ups, budgeting, and a project timeline. The app focused on teaching water safety through interactive gameplay and innovative input methods.
